One of my favorite books about self-improvement and startup improvement is "Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek. I've always had a fascination of remarkably successful startups and finding out their key to success. In my experience with my ventures, I found that the quality of your team and how they work together is crucial to the success of your startup. The earlier stage your startup is, the more important your team is. This book highlighted some of my favorite topics about what makes great leaders. I learned that leadership is really about valuing people. I'm a huge fan of Simon Sinek, and this book is incredible!
"Imagine a world where nearly everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels safe and valued while they are there, then returns home feeling fulfilled. Leaders Eat Last is for those leaders and organizations committed to creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things."
