I'd love to share a really cool app: Stop, Breathe, and Think. It surveys your current mood state and how you're feeling. Then it suggests meditation practices based on how you're feeling.
I've been using Mindful Walk for 5 minutes daily, since it consumes no time at all. During my walks to class or a meeting, I love to just be conscious about my senses and my surroundings. It sounds super simple, but it's super effective in destressing and taking a breather once in a while.
